2 cups of Premier Protein Vanilla High Protein Shake
5 tablespoons of gelatin

3 graham crackers
3 chocolate bars
In a small saucepan, pour the protein shake and sprinkle gelatin over the top. Allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes for the gelatin to bloom.
Reduce the heat to low and stir the mixture occasionally until it becomes thinner in texture.
Transfer the mixture into a mixing bowl and let it cool for 5-10 minutes, ensuring it’s warm but not hot.
Add the protein powder and whisk for 10-20 minutes until the mixture is light, fluffy, and holds its shape when the whisk is lifted.
Pour the concoction into a pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until set.
Cut into pieces and enjoy on its own or paired with graham crackers and chocolate bars.
