1 puff pastry sheet
12 thawed meatballs
1 package (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
Marinara sauce, for serving
Buffalo sauce, for serving
Barbecue sauce, for serving
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Roll out the puff pastry to make it thinner, then cut it into 12 squares.
Put one meatball and some cheese in the center of each square. Fold the pastry over the meatball and cheese, leaving a small opening on top to show the meatball if desired. Position each filled square in the cups of a muffin tin.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the pastry is a beautiful golden brown. Carefully remove from the muffin tin and serve with marinara, Buffalo, and barbecue dipping sauces.
Tip: This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled based on your needs.
