Rotisserie Chicken Ravioli

Recipe provided by “Cookin’ Savvy”

Servings: 4-6

1 package (25 ounces) cheese ravioli

1 rotisserie chicken or any leftover chicken

1 head of broccoli

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1-2 cups chicken broth

1 jar of alfredo sauce

Prepare the ravioli as directed on the package and set it aside.

Shred or chop the rotisserie chicken, using as much as you prefer. Cut the broccoli into small, bite-sized pieces.

In a skillet over medium heat, warm up the chicken. Sprinkle in the garlic and onion powder. Deglaze the skillet with 1 cup of chicken broth, then stir in the alfredo sauce along with the broccoli.

If the sauce appears too thick, incorporate additional broth. Mix in the cooked ravioli and continue heating for 2-3 minutes.
