Mixed Berry Lime Smoothie Bowl with Banana and Granola

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Servings: 3 cups

1 ripe banana

1/2 package (6 ounces) of organic blackberries

Juice and zest of 1/2 lime

2 cups of organic frozen mixed berries

1 cup of plain organic Greek yogurt

4 fluid ounces of organic whole milk

1/8 cup of organic honey

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2/3 cup of your favorite organic granola

Begin by washing and drying the banana and blackberries thoroughly.

Peel the banana and cut it into thin slices, then set them aside.

In a blender, add the lime zest and juice. Follow with the frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and cinnamon. Blend everything on high speed until you achieve a smooth consistency, which should take about 1-2 minutes.

When ready to serve, divide the smoothie into bowls and top with the sliced banana, blackberries, and granola.
