By Family Features | Contributor

1 cup pineapple

1 cup papaya

1 red onion

Fresh cilantro

1/2 pound (approximately 16-20) Wild Caught Texas Shrimp

1/2 pound snapper

1/2 pound jumbo lump blue crab meat

Lime juice

Tortilla chips

Begin by dicing the pineapple, papaya, red onion, and cilantro into small pieces.

Clean and prepare the shrimp and snapper, chopping both into bite-sized portions.

In a large glass bowl, mix the shrimp, crab, snapper, and fruit medley. Drizzle a light layer of lime juice over the mixture.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for several hours, stirring occasionally to allow the flavors to meld together and the lime juice to marinate the proteins.

After the shrimp and fish have marinated in the lime juice, transfer the mixture to a serving platter.

Garnish with cilantro and enjoy with tortilla chips.
